Update renovate to monitor redis subchart images

The images in https://repo1.dso.mil/platform-one/big-bang/apps/core/authservice/-/blob/main/chart/deps/redis/values.yaml are not monitored by renovate. Update renovate to monitor these values for updates to images in that sub-chart.
