Feature - bbctl get status <pkg>

Check various things that indicate the health of a bigbang deployment. Including but not limited to:

• check status of BigBang deployment
• status of flux gitrepositories
• status of flux helmreleases
• status of flux kustomizations
• failed pods
• check desired versus actual daemonsets
• check desired versus actual statefulsets
• check desired versus actual deployments
• golang unit tests
