Fix Linting Issues
Based on the linters added as part of #127 (closed), BBCTL now has several linting issues that need to be resolved before enforcing the new linting settings in CI.
- Apply the linter settings from the Spike
- Fix all issues so that the
make lintcommand exits successfully
