Ensure app.kubernetes.io Labels for elasticsearch-kibana

Ensure that all Pods, Deployments, StatefulSets and DaemonSets have the following two labels that Kiali uses: app.kubernetes.io/name and app.kuberentes.io/version. Also undo the previous Kiali label changes (wrapping pod labels in tpl)

Increasing weight on this one as it's a bit difficult to track down where the labels are coming from for all workloads deployed as part of this helm chart.

While this is an entirely BB managed helm chart, it looks like the one chart that still isn't coming across correctly is a dependency being pulled in from here:

Will need to open a PR for that one first and then continue the work.
