Create schema for External Secret

Finalize schema for following tasks to base on. The schema should be flexible enough to accomodate the details of the multiple backends our customers are likely to use (as described in the documentation), but abstracted enough that one set of templates (maintained by us) can use most of the same logic across most of the values.
