Update Fluentbit Config to mount Elasticsearch CA and enable TLS Verification

Similar to the configuration for cluster-auditor, we will be able to mount the generated CA certificate for an ECK install to the fluentbit pods and enable TLS.verify within the fluent-bit configuration by default.

AC: fluent-bit running and sending in logs to an ECK with TLS.verify set to On Big Bang level MR to point to new release/tag of fluent-bit incorporating this change.
