Chart/tag version should match upstream version in Kptfile

Instead of only bumping the the bb.X version I see the latest tag upstream, and the one we're using for chart/Kptfile is ssc-1.1.2311007. That means our chart should be using the version 1.1.2311007-bb.X now.
