Network Policy Causing Failed Deploy

Fortify seems to be broken with bb-2.11.1 and also on the latest release of Fortify, i.e., 1.1.2311007-bb.1 When you enable external mysql for Fortify, this networkPolicy is blocking to deploy. seems like the Helm is not seeing that as a comment. Error:

I was able to reproduce with latest and the following

helm template chart -f test-values.yaml | grep 'allow\-all\-egress'

networkPolicies:
 enabled: true

created branch 61-network-policy-causing-failed-deploy to address this issue
