Helm Install Failed and Gitlab Migrations

Been trying to troubleshoot but unsuccessfully. I have deployed the latest version of Big Bang with the Gitlab add-on enabled. All the pods start successfully... but helm install status continues to state reconciliation in progress. During this the gitlab-migrations task seems to work.. but then crashes every so often. Finally at the timeout value I have set (at 55 min)... helm status states "Helm install failed; timed out waiting for the condition". I check the pods... and all the pods are started successfully.. and I can even hit the URL and log in.

However, gitlab-migrations will try to kick off again during another helm update... and all pods get rebooted. What am I missing?
