Update chart to Grafana appVersion 10.1.5 chart version 6.60.6

Once grafana-plugins version 10.1.5 is out, update to utilize that image and this chart base https://github.com/grafana/helm-charts/blob/grafana-6.60.6/charts/grafana/Chart.yaml
