Grafana servicemonitor fix

Prometheus is erroring on Grafana Service Monitor with the following: Error scraping target: Get "https://192.168.137.83:3000/metrics": http2: failed reading the frame payload: %!w(<nil>), note that the frame header looked like an HTTP/1.1 header
