Istiod helm release hangs when Authservice is enabled

Currently when enabling istiod O-L and authservice the helm release for istiod hangs and outputs the following error

could not resolve Secret chart values reference 'bigbang/bigbang-istiod-values' with key 'defaults': error converting YAML to JSON: yaml: line 26: could not find expected ':'

There appears to be a formatting error with the jwksResolverExtraRootCA certificate value in the BB Istiod template values.yaml.
