FIPS 140-2 support

FIPS mode is in preview feature as of v21 and will be fully supported in v22. When v22 is available, it would be great to add and document FIPS support in Keycloak.

Hello, @kthyagaraja. Per the Keycloak 21.1.0 release notes FIPS 140-2 is officially supported as of that version. The Big Bang Keycloak package is currently at version 21.1.1. I like your suggestion about documenting this. I will look into that.
