Note, with !154 (merged) BB will no longer use kpt to update Keycloak. We will maintain a proprietary Helm chart starting with version 23.0.7-bb.0.

Background on no longer using kpt to update Keycloak. As of today, the upstream chart uses appVersion: 17.0.1-legacy and hasn't been updated for five months. Because BB requires more frequent updates and makes fairly extensive changes, we decided to maintain our own proprietary chart for Keycloak.
