"Resource not found" in Keycloak after p1-keycloak-plugin upgrade

I am on BigBang 2.29.0 and have upgraded p1-keycloak-plugin to 3.3.3 after reading through #138 (closed). Everything seems to be working on all of my apps in terms of application access and CAC authentication with the exception of the Keycloak app. I am getting "Resource not found" has anyone else seen this error?
