Keycloak - Include PFX Truststore

Description:

In an effort to reduce issues with helm secret size exceeding 1 Mib the /resources/dev/truststore.pfx was added to the helmignore file in MR #271. This caused a conflict with our customer that are using the truststore.pfx as documented in MR #257

Fix action:

Remove the /resources/dev/truststore.pfx from the package helmignore
