ARM Suport for newer keycloak versions

Description

We are running out bigbang clusters on ARM-based hardware. We have recently begun the upgrade process to the latest BB version 3.9.0. In any of the charts after 2.5.1, you started using the Bitnami chart and image for the PostgreSQL database. Ironbank doesn't have an ARM image for the Bitnami Postgresql image.
