Kiali cypress test failures in bb pipelines

Recent Kiali update kiali@1.82.0-bb.3 introduces UI changes that fails in bb pipelines

1. Check Kiali Graph page loads data: AssertionError: Timed out retrying after 60000ms: Expected to find element: div[id="graph-side-panel"], but never found it.
