Fix Kiali Connectivity with bb-common 0.3.1

While working through a Kiali renovate I ran into an issue with accessing the Kiali site. Initial troubleshooting points to the bb-common 0.3.1 dependency update. Everything works fine on the current 0.1.3 bb-common tagged version.
