Fix Kiali Status Error for Istiod

There is status error displayed for Istiod under the Kiali dashboard status dropdown.

It may be tied to a missing status_component namespace value for Istiod. We manage these values in BB umbrella chart under: chart/templates/kiali/values.yaml (Lines 101-103
