Renovate.json Not Picking up Gluon Updates

Issue should automatically be opened when a new version of Gluon is present. It looks like Jira is opening them properly per this closed MR: big-bang/product/community/jira!82. Once fixed, it should automatically open an issue to update to 0.4.8.

Looks like the only service mesh apps that have gluon as a dependency are Kiali and Keycloak. Both are still at gluon 0.4.7. I noticed that Loki is at gluon 0.4.8. Might be able to compare its reonvate.json to the Kiali and Keycloak renovate.json and fix this.
