Need to add here that IB does not have Renovate configured for kiali-operator, so we have to open an issue with them here to get it updated manually. Revise and update the rest of this section as needed.

• Manual testing steps

These are accurate, but it would be good to add a note after step 3 that it sometimes takes a while for the graphs to populate on the Inbound Metrics tab and that logging on to grafana.bigbang.dev and clicking around for a while tends to speed this up.
