Test Job Templates without conditionals cause upgrades to fail

Hello, for the last several weeks our kyverno-policies HR sits in upgrade failed with this status:

 Last Transition Time:  2025-03-27T01:48:25Z
    Message:               Helm upgrade failed for release kyverno-policies/kyverno-policies-kyverno-policies with chart kyverno-policies@3.3.4-bb.6: post-upgrade hooks failed: 1 error occurred:
                           * timed out waiting for the condition
    Observed Generation:   1
    Reason:                UpgradeFailed
    Status:                False
    Type:                  Released

There doesn't seem to be a way to disable these post-upgrade hooks and they don't accurately report their status up to the helm release. Can we get a conditional added to be able to disable all the resources for the job here: chart/templates/tests/test-wait-job.yaml.
