Mismatch in gluon kubectl image in Chart.yaml and gluon wait job.

When creating packages for 3.12.0, we found that the Chart.yaml is referencing version 1.33.5 of kubectl while the gluon waitjob is set to 1.33. This causes issues with some air-gapped tooling that utilizes the Chart.yaml to pull dependencies.
