When installing loki 6.6.2-bb.2 getting template error

Describe the problem, what were you doing when you noticed the bug?

When upgrading to BigBang 2.29.0 we initially noticed a error with loki 6.6.2-bb.2 error:

We attempted to upgrade to 6.6.2-bb.4 and got the same error

Provide any steps possible used to reproduce the error (ideally in an isolated fashion).

BigBang Version 2.29.0

What version of BigBang were you running?
