Mattermost cypress test fails to find "town square" channel

Summary

During the bigbang Clean-install and Clean-install OCI pipeline jobs such as here the Mattermost Cypress job fails with the following error while running 01-mattermost-health.spec.cy.js test.

Steps to reproduce

run a clean install stage pipeline on the bigbang umbrella repository

What is the current behavior?

Pipeline fails the mattermost cypress test

What is the expected behavior?

pipeline should pass the mattermost cypress test
