Change the Gitlab Button to something else

For a customer of ours that uses Mattermost, the button says something about logging in with Gitlab. However, this is confusing (even after #82 (closed) would be possible), because they don't use Gitlab.

A good alternative could simply be to make this more generic and say "SSO"

It appears the reason Mattermost shows a Gitlab button when SSO is enabled is because this chart is abusing Mattermost's Gitlab-specific OAuth 2.0 Settings for our general SSO settings. There is no way to customize the Gitlab button so long as we are using Gitlab specific OAuth 2.0 settings. I doubt Mattermost intended folks to stub in non-Mattermost OAuth 2.0 providers here.

We could change the chart to use Mattermost's general OIDC settings instead. This would give us more control over the text and color of the button.
