Putting this back in status::ready to work because I was assigned to be release engineer this week and I'm off next week. I asked the code owners about the pipeline failure and Cody Williams responded:
Seems that your new version of mattermost changed some web elements, probably around the View in Browser button (going off the pipeline artifact). Try deploying the upstream (main) branch and work through the DOM to see what the commands do and what gets you past there, then upgrade and see why they fail.
