TESTING Basic instructions on testing mimir (without Istio atm) to ensure a baseline working product Example

• All pods are ready/working state
• Grafana can connect Mimir as a data source
  • I don't know if there are pre-canned dashboards or queries that are in the Mimir docs that can be use
• Checking prometheus is writing to Mimir?
  • Standard metrics show up (that includes default observability monitoring metrics)
• Any additional information (add port forward steps for 8080 check status)
