I'd like to understand this better and why it's needed. Current implementation of having a wait "outside" of helm guarantees nothing is installed into the cluster until the test/wait.sh script runs.

putting the wait into a helm chart seems like this design could break that. The wait.sh script is executed with a helm weight of 10000 which seems like any charts less than 10000 will get installed .
