Ensure app.kubernetes.io Labels for minio

Ensure that all Pods, Deployments, StatefulSets and DaemonSets have the following two labels that Kiali uses: app.kubernetes.io/name and app.kuberentes.io/version. Also undo the previous Kiali label changes (wrapping pod labels in tpl)

Bumped up weight due to unforeseen difficulties in getting the version label to come through. This chart appears to diverge heavily from the upstream chart so will be making the required changes to the downstream.
