Multi-replicas AuthorizationPolicy has incorrect selector

The AuthorizationPolicy that is generated for multi replicas prometheus is no longer working because the selector is incorrect. I'm assuming it happened in the most recent passthrough update.

The selector is targeting: prometheus: monitoring-monitoring-prometheus, but should be prometheus: monitoring-monitoring-kube-prometheus
