Limit Cypress Prometheus Targets Test

Description

The size of the cypress test call in Test should fetch and verify Prometheus targets can easily pull in more than 32MB of data. Sizes greater than this appear to cause the test to hang or fail with an ECONNRESET.

Let's limit the call and see if that helps
