Kube-Operator service monitor reporting DOWN x509 error in release cluster

Error scraping target: Get "https://192.168.139.73:10250/metrics": tls: failed to verify certificate: x509: certificate is not valid for any names, but wanted to match monitoring-monitoring-kube-operator

I adjusted the TLS config to be more in line with what we have elsewhere which appeared to work for a time but resulted in an error. I have attached the pod logs to this issue
