Follow standard practices for integration of Istio with the Neuvector architecture

Considerations

• Virtual Service integrated to resolve neuvector.bigbang.dev
• All pods are healthy with istio injection enabled
• Istio injection configurable value
• Istio mTLS configurable (defaulting and working with STRICT)
