Some features from this upgrade include:

• Grafana Dashboard available under NV-Dashboard
• Main chart Values.yaml manager.env configs have been moved under manager.env.envs, and should include the direct env variable name and value. The example and default implementation is manager.env.disableFipsInJava turning to

envs:
  - name: JDK_JAVA_OPTIONS
    value: "-Dcom.redhat.fips=false"

This is a change from upstream and should assist with granularity and customization.
