SAML metadata not being generated

I've been following the instructions here to try to enable SSO with nexus and keycloak. I added the sso section to our helm values and deployed nexus, but I don't see anything in the SAML Metadata section when I go into nexus as the admin. It seems like I need that to import into keycloak. I'll continue troubleshooting on my end, but wanted to see if this is something unique to our environment.
