Ensure app.kubernetes.io Labels for nexus

Ensure that all Pods, Deployments, StatefulSets and DaemonSets have the following two labels that Kiali uses: app.kubernetes.io/name and app.kuberentes.io/version. Also undo the previous Kiali label changes (wrapping pod labels in tpl)
