Description

Updating documentation to capture setting new default values for Nexus that establish a metrics user required for the serviceMonitor authentication. This is an explicit path that would establish out-of-the-box functionality that enables working service monitor authentication - but users should be informed on how to cleanup or address the job for creation of the metrics user failing.

The implementation is added to the BB MR below.
