bigbang specifc upgrade job disabled by default

BigBang upgrade-job for redis is currently never able to find resources, statefulsets or PVCs, even when they exist.

Since this upgrade job was only required for the update to Redis 6.2.2 and 14.1.0 upstream chart and currently on each upgrade of the chart/HelmRelease we see the below logs, we should set this job to disabled until a new upgrade comes down the pipe from upstream requiring this job.

Logs:

No statefulsets to clean up.
No PVCs to clean up.
Done with upgrade steps.
