Investigate Need for Additional Authorization Policy

Currently this package has an additional authorization policy added to it in the test-values.yaml file under the bigbang repo.

• Investigate if the package works without this custom authorization policy. If it doesn't it should be added as a default authorization policy.
• Test with no SSO (Keycloak and Authservice) deployed and with SSO components deployed

If any package changes need to be made please also add the custom service entries into the package similar to how the network policies work when bbtests are enabled so those values can also be removed from the test-values.yaml. Refer to example here.

If no package changes are needed and the custom authorization policy is not needed please remove it from the earlier referenced test-values.yaml file.
