Prometheus monitoring no longer working

The targets in prometheus for sonarqube are no longer working correctly

Provide any steps possible used to reproduce the error (ideally in an isolated fashion).

Startup sonarqube and enable monitoring.

What version of BigBang were you running?

bigbang-3.1.0

This can be retrieved multiple ways:
