Upgrade to 0.16.0-bb.4 fails due to invalid selector value

Bug

Upgrading from 0.16.0-bb.1 to 0.16.0-bb.4 fails due to what appears to be an invalid label generated by the charts. This is not a valid selector.

I think the label and tpl changes between 0.16.0-bb.2 and 0.16.0-bb.4 broke the charts for upgrades.

2.36 and 2.37 were tested (same starting twistlock chart version 0.16.0-bb.1)
