Increase default memory for console to 2GB

With the init script turning on the so many alerts and scanning, the console will quickly run out of memory. We found that 2GB of memory is required to prevent this from happening (usage is around 1.65G). After consulting with Palo Alto, 2GB of memory is expected. We should increase the default memory usage to 2GB for the console to avoid OOM errors for Big Bang users.
