Add test images to renovate for updates

The following images should be added to renovate to insure we keep our test images up-to-date. Ironbank purges old images after some time when new images have been approved. So, we need to keep ours in sync with the latest.

chart/templates/tests:

• _config-yamls.yaml
  • nginx
• backup-restore.yaml
  • minio/mc
  • kubectl

I think you could reuse the match for values.yaml on images: and scan all yaml files in chart/templates/tests.
