Update plugin for Keycloak version 25.0.4

At minimum:

  • Update dependencies to 25.0.4 versions
  • Build and test plugin with Docker compose steps from Keycloak repo development/README.md
  • Build and publish test image to bigbang-staging repo, reference in k3d-dev deploy
  • Get updated image published via Iron Bank process
