Work with PB team to alleviate sca pipeline stage issues with code.il2 clone

Currently the pipeline for this code is failing the sca stage of the PB package pipeline: https://code.il2.dso.mil/platform-one/big-bang/kustomize-helm-generator/kustomize-helm-generator/-/jobs/4205772

Work with PB to make sure the code is passing the following:

• sonarqube
• trufflehog
• dependencyCheck
