Deployment failure for argoCd image tag v3.2.1

We are getting a deployment issue with ArgoCd image for the argocd repo server initContainer deployment. We have successfully deployment the image from upstream with the same tag but he IB version seem to throw an error. The error message states ** cp: option --update doesn't allow an argument**.
