THE BLUESTAQ UNIFIED DATA LIBRARY (THE "UDL") ACCESSED HEREIN IS LICENSED
TO THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT (THE "GOVERNMENT") PURSUANT TO A "GOVERNMENT
PURPOSE RIGHTS" ("GPR") LICENSE.

YOU ARE PERMITTED TO USE THE UDL FOR GOVERNMENT PURPOSES ONLY.  YOU SHALL NOT,
WITHOUT THE EXPRESS WRITTEN PERMISSION OF BLUESTAQ, USE, MODIFY, REPRODUCE,
RELEASE, PERFORM, OR DISPLAY THE UDL FOR ANY COMMERCIAL PURPOSE OR DISCLOSE
THE UDL TO A PERSON OTHER THAN YOUR SUBCONTRACTORS, SUPPLIERS, OR PROSPECTIVE
SUBCONTRACTORS OR SUPPLIERS, WHO REQUIRE THE UDL TO SUBMIT OFFERS FOR, OR
PERFORM, CONTRACTS UNDER A GOVERNMENT CONTRACT. THE UDL GOVERNMENT PURPOSE
RIGHTS EXPIRE AUGUST 1, 2038.

By accessing the UDL, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
***If you do not agree to the following, you shall not use, modify, reproduce,
release, perform, or display the UDL without the express written permission
of Bluestaq.***

1.	You acknowledge and agree that the UDL is being provided to you pursuant
to a GPR license.  As such, you represent and warrant that you are accessing
or using the UDL either:
a.	solely on behalf of the United States Government; or
b.	pursuant to an authorization given to you to use, modify, reproduce,
release, perform, display or disclose the UDL for government purposes only.
"Government purposes" means any activity in which the United States Government
is a party.

2.	You are not accessing or using the UDL for nongovernmental or commercial
purposes.


If you do not agree with the above statements, for any reason, you do not
have any right to access or use the UDL, and you must immediately cease and
desist from accessing the UDL through this source.

If you access or use the UDL without the proper right, you shall be liable
to Bluestaq for the improper use, modification, reproduction, release,
performance, display or disclosure of the UDL.
