Seeking Guidance on Mirroring Ironbank

Issue: Seeking information/documentation on how to mirror/proxy/cache IronBank/Registry1 from a Nexus OSS installation at a contractor site.

For example would like to proxy "docker pull registry1.dso.mil/ironbank/opensource/python:v3.10.8" locally

Specifically having trouble determining the URL to provide the Proxy for a Robot account (we have a robot account set up on Registry1)
